How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are.
We usually require 2-5 days for production since our products are handmade and take some time to create.

Are Squishy toys suitable for kids?

Are Squishy toys safe and non-toxic?
Our Taba Squishy toys are completely safe and non-toxic. They are made from food-grade silicone, ensuring they are harmless to humans. The products have passed strict safety tests and hold necessary safety certifications, offering you peace of mind in purchasing and using them.
Can I take the product out to play?
While it’s possible, we don’t recommend taking the Taba squishy out of its packaging often, as it’s made from a soft, jelly-like material. Handling it can easily make it dirty, and even with short nails, it’s prone to scratches. If you do take it out, please make sure your hands are clean to help maintain its longevity.
Exchange & Return
Can I return my product?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, and we accept returns as long as the product is unused and the packaging is intact. However, we do not cover return shipping costs.
Please note, we cannot offer compensation or refunds for products that have been damaged, especially if the item was taken out of its packaging and played with. We clearly state that removing the product from its bag can lead to damage, and it should not be used this way.
